Placing an Order

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. Please follow the return and exchange process after you have received your order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Economy Shipping, Priority Shipping (FedEx 2 Day), and Express Shipping (FedEx Overnight)

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Ollie’s Day will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We no do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

What if my package was stolen?

Stolen packages will need to be claimed with the carrier. Here is FedEx's claim site. You will need your tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Are your swimsuits UV protected?

All swimwear is UPF 50.
